We strongly believe that volunteers are the heart of change, and we’re looking for someone who can mobilize and guide them with passion and purpose.


    Role Overview:

    We’re seeking an energetic and organized Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, and manage volunteers across our programs. You’ll be the go-to person for connecting individuals who want to make a difference with opportunities that matter.

  • Job Responsibility

        • Design and execute a volunteer engagement strategy for different initiatives.
        • Recruit volunteers through colleges, corporates, events, and online platforms.
        • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and basic training sessions.
        • Match volunteers to suitable tasks based on skills and availability.
        • Monitor volunteer participation and maintain attendance logs.
        • Organize appreciation events and issue certificates or letters of recommendation.
        • Maintain clear communication and motivation within the volunteer network.
        • Share impact stories and feedback with volunteers to enhance engagement.

  • Educational Requirement

        • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Public Relations, or any relevant field.
        • Candidates with strong organizational and people skills are welcome, even with alternative education.

  • Experience Requirement

    1–3 years in volunteer management or community engagement

  • Additional Requirement

        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English + local language preferred).
        • Ability to inspire and lead teams of diverse age groups.
        • Good planning, multitasking, and follow-up ability.
        • Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp coordination.
        • Prior experience with volunteer or event coordination is a big plus.
