We’re reaching out with an urgent appeal on behalf of Mrs. P. Padmani, a 52-year-old woman currently admitted at Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital, Jamshedpur, in critical condition. Her recent MRI reports show severe hypoxic brain damage, internal hemorrhage, and multiple ischemic injuries in both hemispheres of the brain.

She is fighting for her life in the ICU and requires immediate neurological intervention, continuous monitoring, life-saving medication, and intensive care — all of which involve overwhelming medical expenses.

MRI Brain (Plain) conducted on 21st July 2025 shows:

Critical Findings:

• Multiple areas of diffusion restriction in both cerebellar hemispheres, midbrain, and widespread parts of the brain including:
  Parieto-occipital lobes (bilateral)
  Thalamus (left)
  Basal ganglia
  Frontal, parietal, and temporal lobes
  Large infarct-like lesions indicating acute brain injury
  Hemorrhagic spots in the right frontal and left peri-ventricular regions
  Altered signal intensity in the pons area
  Fazekas Type II white matter changes
  Chronic small vessel ischemic changes indicating long-term vascular damage
  Hypoxic changes in the brain due to lack of oxygen
  Mucosal thickening in the left maxillary antrum
  ? Impression by Dr. Jagan Mohan Reddy (Consultant Radiologist):

MRI findings are consistent with severe hypoxic brain injury with multiple infarcts and hemorrhagic changes. Immediate neurological care and ICU support are critical.
